Leaders in Government are demanding more effective organisation within the public sector to tap and trap innovation so that it creates demonstrable improvements across all public sector services. Leading that challenge within the NHS is the ISO9001 accredited National Innovation Centre through their online 'innovation suite'.

Over the past two years, in partnership with tmg, NIC have designed and developed a 'innovation suite' which helps people and organisational resources to interact effectively to successfully support the development of innovations.

The website has enabled industry, academia and investors to save millions of pounds in research and development.

tmg have worked with the NIC to develop a set of online applications that provide an effective way for the NHS to identify needs, procure solutions and showcase innovations within the Health Sector. This toolkit is now set to be rolled-out and used across all of government to facilitate the commissioning and diffusion of innovation throughout the UK.
