At tmg we recognise that the foundation of a successful, long-term digital program is a complete understanding of users’ needs. We carry out extensive research programs, not only to help clients define their audiences and their needs, but also to carry out real-world user analysis and behaviour modelling.

We achieve this using a blend of proven techniques. These range from user and stakeholder interviews, focus groups and ‘think aloud’ user site analysis, to ethnography (diary studies), competitive benchmarking workshops and recorded tests. All of this detailed, analytical research and test activity is wrapped up in a comprehensive report, used in conjunction with Website re-design and development plans. Only then can decision-making proceed.
