Any chocolate as long as it's plain

Experience and Skills

Allison works tirelessly with our clients to make sure projects run to time and budget.  She has 10 years experience working on projects with companies like the BBC, Standard and Poor, Thomson Financial and The Mirror Group.  So you are in good hands if you are lucky enough to have her on board.

Hobbies and Passions

Allison is our very own Sarah Beeny developing and renovating properties in that most fashionable of London suburbs, Brighton. She also loves the cinema and theatre just as long as they don't serve milk chocolate in the interval.

Anton McCoy

Head of Technical architecture & Development

Glory Glory XML

When not chilling to Jazz she loves to travel and explore new cultures and test her language skills.  She loves all things metaphysical and spiritual, and being an exponent of yoga, she knows her asana from her elbow.

Brad Herring

Carmen Lilley

Project Manager

Dedicated to delivery

Experience and Skills

Carmen started in telecoms, as a project manager before joining digital in earnest.  She has led teams on a diverse range of projects and clients love her for her ability to translate the most complex technical application into plain English. Amen!

Hobbies and Passions

Being a working Mum, Carmen likes to spend her spare time with her young family. She enjoys travelling, running and keeping healthy.

Charlie Brock

Technical Project Manager

With 10 years development and project management experience in the new media industry

Charlie has worked for a wide variety of organisations helping to build and project manage projects with particular emphasis on the publishing industry – she’s put medical text books online (have you seen the pictures in Gray’s Anatomy!) and built geodynamic tracking software (not that we’re watching you or anything) and project managed a number of exhibitions websites. Outside of work, she’s into chocolate and shoes, or even chocolate shoes, keeping people informed (gossip to everyone else) and heavy metal bands.

Chris Brown

Design Consultant

He’s the leader of the pack, vroom vroom

Experience and Skills

Chris has over eight years' experience in visual design and strategy. He has an in-depth knowledge of user-centered design and has worked for clients including Railtrack, BBC, Dupont Conoco and Johnson & Johnson.

Hobbies and Passions

Design aside, Chris loves fast motorbikes, late-sixties-electro-folk music, and his two baby daughters. Not an obvious combination, but it seems to work for him!

Craig McCulloch

Chief Executive Officer & Joint Managing Director

A dedicated relationship builder

Experience and Skills

Craig combines insightful thinking with a hands-on approach to business, staying involved with all aspects of client projects & business strategy. With over 20 years in agency consulting, he has worked across all sectors and global borders.

Hobbies and Passions

Craig loves being outdoors, walking his dogs, skiing and cycling. His maxim in life? "What we strive to achieve today, will be taken for granted tomorrow."

Dariusz Falkiewicz

System Administrator

The go-to guy for IT support and pastries

Experience and Skills

Dariusz is an experienced network engineer who helps support our hosted environments, applications and users. He's got patience, dedication and a constant supply of delicious pastries to hand.

Hobbies and Passions

A real-life action man, Dariusz engages in all manner of sporting activities depending on his mood and the time of the year. His favourite is sailing, but he also enjoys hitting the slopes, playing basketball and hustling at pool. Sport aside, he likes reading sci-fi books and listening to music in a comfortable chair with a drink in his hand.

David Owens

User experience design consultant

Dennis Green

Head of Finance and Administration

So much more than just a number cruncher

Experience and Skills

Dennis has always been a 'bean bod' and we love him for it. He's held a number of accounting jobs across a range of industry sectors including engineering, fashion photography and retail. Now at tmg, Dennis is the heart of the Finance and Administration department.

Hobbies and Passions

The original family guy, most of Dennis's free time goes on spending time with his kids and indulging his love of DIY. He also manages to make time for following his interests in rally driving and current affairs.

Dirk Weirich

Information Architecture & Usability consultant

James Sinclair

Head of Information Architecture

He's no Ray Mears

Experience and Skills

James has over seven years' experience in the new media world. He has held senior positions at a number of top agencies and has worked for a range of companies including flying-eye hospital Orbis, JWT Europe and the British Horse Racing Board.

Hobbies and Passions

He loves painting, tennis and going to the movies, but hates eating things that crawl or fly. Thank goodness he's not a celebrity. He’d be out of here!

Jim Raynham

Technical Consultant

He's a super sharp shooter

Experience and Skills

Jim's wide-ranging experience includes business analysis, testing and support. Over the last 10 years, he's worked with a number of technology environments including Windows, Linux, Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, HTML, VB and Access.

Hobbies and Passions

Whether it's defeating his enemies in the online game World of Warcraft or betting on winners at the York races, Jim loves a bit of healthy competition. He also spends his spare time weight training and conservation shooting – nothing to do with foxes – he doesn’t lift or shoot them.

Joshua Marshall

User experience design consultant

Josh is a global cool guy, with outstanding body art.

He's a hard core creative top to bottom, happy to create the visual vision and the digital construction. Away from the screen interface, Josh likes basset hounds, Katamari Damacy, great sushi, Mystery Science Theatre 3000 and really loud guitar bands.

Kristjana Thorvalds

Business and Project Consultant

Equally at home in business or on the beach

Experience and Skills

Kristjana's 10 years of experience in business consultancy and as a business analyst make her the ideal candidate to head up our business and project development.

Hobbies and Passions

Away from the day job, Kristjana likes to chill on the beach and has little time for "tube morons". So that's 90 percent of London's citizens discounted then. Her thought for the day? "Attention to dutail is key." Oops!

Martin Laine

Technical Consultant

A model for geek chic

Experience and Skills

An experienced all-rounder, Martin's skills include user interface design, usability and accessibility, ColdFusion, JavaScript and CSS.

Hobbies and Passions

Offline, he's into improvised music gigs where performers frequently outnumber the audience. A creative in disguise, he also plays the guitar and likes to dabble in the world of digital photography.

Philip Brook

Creative Director

Our very own award-winning culture vulture

Experience and Skills

Philip has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands. He worked in the world of digital well before the days of multimedia and was even involved on the project that coined the phrase 'viral'.

Hobbies and Passions

With a passion for drawing and an interest in Late Roman and Migration Period history and archaeology, Philip is often perceived as a culture vulture. The fact that he likes to photograph street graphics and deliver lectures at the University on the Arts might even support this view. We, however, know the truth.

Rob Pearson

Information architecture & usability consultant

Rob likes the simple life…not the TV programme

Experience and Skills

Rob's eight years' experience, combined with his Spock-like logic and empathy for users, give him the perfect mix of information architecture (IA) skills. He says: "The more you do, the more you realise that 80 per cent of IA is keeping it simple." But Rob’s no simpleton. He always comes up with truly engaging and usable IA.

Hobbies and Passions

Geek tech aside, Rob's passions include Japanese action figures and his griddle pan – classy! If he's not working on your search function, he'll be catching up with the latest New Scientist, zapping a few aliens or stealing a cheeky kip on his commute to Brighton.

Roberto Marras

Visual & Interaction Design

With a BA degree in Digital Media Production, Roberto has exceptional knowledge of designing and programming for digital media

His studies and interest have given him excellent knowledge of design and programming techniques for web and other digital media that he has put in practice working on client projects. Roberto loves Italian suits (don’t ask whether he wears them to work though), and dislikes ‘people who try too hard’. When asked for a statement to summarise his philosophy to work, he says ‘Meet the brief; break the mould’. Nothing to do with lawyers and making jelly, we presume.

Joining the company with a rich academic pedigree (M.Sc. in Business Systems Analysis and Design, and an M.Sc. in Human-Computer Interaction with Ergonomics), Terry’s job is ‘defining the unknown’. Did you listen to that?

Unknown

this person is currenty unknown.
